The Careful One

Strong, but negotiating with pain.

Something hurts, or used to, and every session is a quiet negotiation. You know exactly which movements you avoid and you have not told anyone the full list. Your engine is fine. What you need is a way to load the skill without gambling the joint.

What works for this type: trains around discomfort. Bias conservative: choose the lower progression when in doubt, extend warm-up, avoid new movement patterns in week one, and give a pain-free alternative next to any exercise that commonly aggravates wrists, elbows or shoulders.
