Six skills at sixty percent.
Planche, lever, flag, all in the same week, all stuck at almost. Every session is a sampler and no skill ever gets enough volume to break through. Two skills per block. The rest go on maintenance. That is the whole secret.
What works for this type: spreads volume across too many skills. Program only the main skill plus at most one secondary from their list, put every other skill on one maintenance set per week, and say clearly which skills are parked this block and why.
