When you show up you are dangerous. The problem is the weeks you quietly do not. Motivation was never meant to carry a skill like this. A minimum session you can do on your worst day beats a perfect plan you skip.
What works for this type: struggles with consistency. Keep sessions short and repeatable, define a minimum viable session of about thirty minutes for low energy days, fix the sessions to named weekdays, and make adherence itself the tracked metric of the block.
