You train harder than almost everyone and measure less than all of them. Same tuck, same form, month after month, and effort was never the problem. You do not need more work. You need to see what the work is doing.

What works for this type: has high work capacity and low feedback. Build the weekly filmed checkpoint into the program as a non-optional exercise, enforce the deload week strictly because this athlete will skip it, and keep cues focused on form quality over effort.
