The Perfectionist
Films everything, trusts nothing.
You have rewatched your holds more than you have done them. Every session ends with frame-by-frame doubt about whether that elbow was really locked. The fix is not more footage. It is hard standards, and then the discipline to do volume once a standard is met.
What works for this type: over-analyzes and under-trains. Give exact, binary form standards for every hold so the debate ends, keep exercise selection stable for the whole week, and explicitly instruct them to complete all sets even when a rep feels imperfect.
